Available Structured Shift Blocks
We are currently hiring for recurring shifts including:

  • 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
  • 5:00 PM–9:00 PM
  • Overnight 9:00 PM–7:00 AM (10-hour awake shift)
Caregivers are scheduled into structured shift blocks based on confirmed availability and agency scheduling needs.
What You Will Do
As a Care Provider, you will:
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living
  • Support safe mobility and transfers
  • Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
  • Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
  • Help clients remain active, engaged, and independent
  • Observe and report changes in client condition
  • Complete documentation accurately and promptly
  • Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols
Every new team member begins as a Care Provider, with opportunities to advance to Care Professional and Care Lead through demonstrated reliability, competency, and continued development.

Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. Many of our strongest caregivers bring valuable life experience from raising families, caring for loved ones, military service, healthcare, education, customer service, or other professional careers.
Requirements include:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Auto insurance
  • Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Pay and Benefits
Base Pay:
$23.00–$26.00 per hour
Shift Differential:
An additional $3.00 per hour is paid for:
  • Evening shifts (5 PM–9 PM)
  • Overnight shifts (9 PM–7 AM)
  • Weekend shifts
Premium pay may also apply for certain last-minute coverage needs.
