Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, lead calling, and marketing strategies
  • Develop customized insurance solutions to meet unique needs of individuals, families, and businesses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support
  • Follow up with leads and maintain active communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Process policy changes, claims, billing questions, and other service requests
  • Educate clients about available insurance products and coverage options
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
Requirements

  • Willingness to obtain MT insurance licenses (Farmers will pay for this)
  • Prior Sales Experience REQUIRED
