Position Overview
Rimrock Hospitality is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead revenue generation efforts for our Extended Stay America Premier Belgrade. This role is responsible for driving extended-stay demand, building local relationships, and delivering occupancy and ADR targets during ramp-up and stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute a local sales action plan
• Drive extended-stay demand including corporate housing and crew business
• Secure LNR accounts and long-term contracts
• Identify and penetrate key demand generators
Market Engagement
• Conduct regular outside sales calls and networking
• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
• Represent the hotel in the community
Revenue Collaboration
• Partner with revenue management on pricing strategy
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Support OTA optimization and direct booking growth
Qualifications
• 2+ years hotel sales experience (extended stay preferred)
• Strong local market knowledge
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Compensation
- Compensation is based on experience, with a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000
